Building an innovative European network

Our main objectives are to:

• enable a permanent forum between practitioners in the field of European Development Cooperation

• define joint operational strategies

• improve complementary and operational efficiency by identifying best practices, best regional and sector competencies and by implementing modes of co-financing

• implement the principles of the Paris Declaration and of the Accra Agenda for Action

• as well as the EC Code of Conduct on division of labour

• exchange experience between European donors

• share training opportunities, establish privileged links through staff exchanges and secondments
